I have been going to Optimum Health for many years. Nancy and her staff always take care of my issues and have answers for any of my concerns. I highly recommend Optimum health. Natural is the way to go.

Cute little store with all the spices you need to make Indian food. They even have a frozen section with samosas and naan bread and so much more. I think the name of the store throws people off. Definitely coming back since it's only down the street.

I love this place. They are the best and most decent Indian business I know in town. They always meet my needs and they carry items that I need. They are very humble. They are very down to earth. Paul the owner and his boys do excellent job with customer service. I admire how much they have grown to support the Indian community. I will always give them by business.

Not the best customer service but they have a little bit of everything. I was able to find Kasoori Methi and Garam Masala. If there was someone that could help me I would've got Paneer if they had it available. Store is very clean and mostly organized.

I can always find the quality items here which are not carried by other indian stores. Owner Pal is excellent with customer service. They also pull items from the shelves month or so before their expiration date and offer heavy discounts. The store is bigger and better now since the sublease to cloth store with in the store ended.

There's a great variety of Indian food items, mostly canned goods and large bags of rice, available at this store. My wife and I like to cook Indian style food regularly, so a shop like this is wonderful to have nearby, if only to pick up a few bottles of spicy pickles and chutneys. They even have Indian junk food, and a small selection of fresh veggies (though it is very small, and slightly sad). Most Indian food items aren't available readily in even larger grocery stores or multi-ethnic grocers in the area. This place has it all. It's a small shop, but I must admit that I don't remember what qualifies it as spices "...& Music". In any case, I'm glad to live in a place complex enough to support an Indian grocer.

Living where I live, there is no good Indian stores. Being that my school is in south Sacramento, I figured there HAS to be a decent Indian store in this area. Not more than a mile away from school, was a highly rated (by YELP!) non-descript shop in a strip mall. I walked in, and to the left is an adorable little clothing shop, with all kinds of Salwar Kameez, Saris, jewelry, kids clothes etc. I bought something for my sister and pregnant friend. I definitely plan on going back and buying myself some stuff too. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. The grocery store part is quite impressive. They had all the things I figured they would and so much more. They even have lamb, mutton etc! The lady behind the counter in this part of the store wasn't as friendly, but typically they aren't, so I am used to that. They had my favorite snacks (Booja King spicy, fried peas), all kinds of frozen Indian goodies, spices up the ying yang, fresh veggies, beauty product, movies music and much much more. I wish the Roseville area had a comprehensive store like this. I will be back soon!
